Stone blocks, also known as raw blocks or "cubes," are large, unprocessed stones extracted directly from quarries. Before being cut and processed into various shapes and finishes, they are used as raw materials for construction and other industries. These blocks are typically massive in size and are transported individually or in groups using flatbed trucks.

Due to their large dimensions and heavy weight, stone blocks are handled and moved using heavy machinery. After extraction, they are sent to stone processing factories where they are cut and finished into slabs (large sheets) or tiles (smaller pieces) for use in architectural and decorative applications.
